Mom Dad I need you!

My mom and dad was coming slowly down the drive. I am so scared of what just happened I knew being a witch you would get powers but why did my first one have to be FIRE! Amelia said that a new element would come up until the night of the full moon ceremony.  How many more things do I have to deal with in this week?

I think I am going to go crazy if things do not start coming into place! You know dealing with Graduation,  Colleges, Events like everyday, O'Connor, all these new fillings, birthday, full moon ceremony and now elements that are coming unexpectedly! Lets just hope not as dramatically as the fire element, But the way things have been going lately I think it will come no other way.

Why is it taking my mom and dad so long to get here? I think of putting a fire under their butts to get here then the next thing I know the car shoots up the drive and is at the back door before I know it. I am standing there but they act as if they do not see me. I turned around to walk back to where I was but WHAT THE HELL IS THIS? I am already there sitting on my knees hair still in a ponytail and dripping wet. Oh my god I am in a dream! Mom I scream she looks up as if she can here me. This is so freaky!

Jacqueline and Dale Wholeheart turned down the long drive to their home that sits on their property called “Gypsy Cove”. Dale looked at his beautiful wife who was dressed in an aqua form fitting dress that flattered those curves of hers. Jacqueline could feel her husband admiring her it sent her senses a fire. She smiled and started to turn to look at her husband, but as he finished the turn on to their drive the call hit her hard with nothing but pure heat behind its force “MOM! DAD! I NEED YOU!” It was not words aloud it was words telepathically so loud she covered her ears, as though she heard it out loud. Jacqueline looked at her husband with pure fear in her eyes! Dale could immediately feel the charge of an ancient one’s power in the air.

“Something has happened!” Dale told his wife

“Julia needs us! We need to get to her.” Jacqueline told her husband who agreed and nothing else was spoken.

Dale hit the gas pedal so hard at his size and strength it should have went through the floor. The engine roared to life and the both of them from the sheer force of the car taking off held them back in their seats.

“Dale, what could have happened? We were only gone for a couple of hours! Julia has had so much thrown at her the last couple of days now this!” Dale grabbed his wife’s hand and squeezed to let her know he has her, he will take care of them. He did not have to speak Jacqueline knew with just a simple gesture that he is their rock and he will handle everything.

As the car squealed to a stop at the back door Dale saw that the door is standing wide open.“Stay in the car you will know when it is safe to follow!” Dale told Jacqueline. Jacqueline shook her head to answer him. Dale opened the car door and stepped out into an invisible storm outside his house. The sheer power that he could feel in the air rippled across his skin. People bumps as Julia would call them instead of goose bumps raised all over his body. He crept up to the steps grabbed for the gun that was strapped to his ankle making sure to look over his shoulder, behind him and under the stairs, he could see nothing! As he approached the top step he saw Julia on the kitchen floor sitting on her knees.

“Julia, you okay?” He stated in a whisper tone, but no answer!

He looked at his wife who was anxiously awaiting him to tell her it was all clear to come behind him. He nodded the signal that Jacqueline had been waiting on so desperately. She jumped at the anticipation of going to her daughter. As Dale felt the power when he stepped out so did Jacqueline it rippled up her spine.

“Did you feel that?” she asked her husband, he flung his head to the side to tell her to come closer.

She did as she was told! Jacqueline was looking behind her, looking for something that was there but in the distance she could feel it! She reaches the top step and turned her head the see Julia in the middle of the kitchen floor. As her hands where coming up to cover her mouth she screamed “JULIA!” Shit her hands were too late!

Dale looked at his wife and saw the color leaving her face. He grabbed her and made her look at him.

“Jackie, I need you to stay calm and talk in a whispering tone to Julia, try to get her to respond to you.

Ok?” Dale told her firmly. Jacqueline shook her head and looked back at her daughter that was on the floor who she so desperately wanted to grab and hold.

“Julia, its mom and dad honey! Can you let me know you are Ok?” Jacqueline said with a sob at the answer she did not receive.

Jacqueline whipped her head back towards the woods “Dale someone is or was here recently, I can feel the charge!” Jacqueline said as she grabbed her husband’s shirt tighter.

“I know I felt it too! I think she is being protected by an elder!” Dale told his wife with a grumble as his shirt started to pull on his neck tighter and tighter.

“I am going to search the house; you stay here until I wave you in ok!” He asked Jacqueline she was shaking.

“Jacqueline stay with me she will be ok we will get her back!” Jacqueline looks up into her husband’s eyes. 

Dale saw the tears touching her eyes slowly cresting over the bottom lid and running down her face. “Jackie stay strong we need to bring her back to us! I need you to do this with me, can you do this?”

Jacqueline looks at Dale shakes her head answering his question quietly.
