How do I explain today!

My mother woke me up about three hours after I fell asleep. How can I explain what happened today, I traveled while I was a wake, and I spoke to my deceased Great, Great, Great Grandmother Amelia, not just spoke to her but I was her! I am floored by how this happened, today my mother told me "Today is a day for you to learn the history of Gypsy Cove and our families sacrifice!" when she woke me up she had thrown me an old witches costume and told me that the people use to say witches actually wore these garments, when in fact they dress just like the rest of the town.

When I traveled I went straight into my Great, Great, Great Grandmother Amelia. I witnessed what she went through and saw everything that happened to her. It was exhausting so when I awoke on in my living room couch, O'Connor was standing in the corner and I could feel his anger, his panic, and his confusion! Why is he so angry, and I am just as confused as anyone else here.

"What happened? Where have you been?" he snapped

"Don't you snap at me, I have no idea what happened or where I have been! I think I was here but in the past, I saw what Amelia went through, not only saw but I was her!" I said softly trying to figure out how crazy I sounded. I heard his audible gasp!

"How? You what?" he stuttered out

"I have no clue how or what happened!" I said "I have a headache and I need to sleep just leave me alone!" but of course you know he did not.

"Julia I am angry because I could not get to you and I could hear and feel what you were going through, my panic is because I did not know if you were OK or if you were alive, and I am confused because how was that possible that you traveled while you were awake and you traveled back in time and actually experienced what happened!" he said running his hands through his hair in exhaustion.

I need to figure this shit out it is confusing dealing with him, this change, and all this regular crap in my life!
